  • Description: 99Mo-99mTc Coltech generator is a most user friendly generator system contains high specific activity fission produced molybdenum(99Mo) adsorbed on small acidic alumina (Al2O3) column. Both saline charge end and 99mTc collection end are connected with sterile microbiological filters. Ready to use Sodium pertechnetate (Na 99mTcO4) as clear and colourless in isotonic saline solution can be eluted from the alumina column in ~1 minutes. The eluted Na99mTcO4 is suitable for preparing varieties 99mTc Radiopharmaceuticals using Tc-cold kits.
  • Specific activity of 99Mo loaded > 37 TBq/g

99Mo-99m Tc GELTECH generator


Product Code: TCG

  • Description: The 99mTc GELTECH generator is a user-friendly analog of the well known alumina column generator for 99mTc and is a superior alternative to the MEK based solvent extraction generator. It is a dual column system comprising primary zirconium molybdate-99Mo gel column and secondary purification acidic alumina column. Sodium pertechnetate (Na 99mTcO4) is obtained by passing 0.9% NaCl through both the columns in ~1-2 minutes.
  • Specific activity of 99Mo loaded: 18.5-37 GBq/g
  • Generator Capacity: 5.55 GBq (150 mCi), 9.25 GBq (250 mCi), 14.8 GBq (400 mCi)
  • Expiry: 7 elution or seven days whichever is earlier from calibration day
  • Supply Frequency: Weekly on Saturday

Cold kits

Technetium Cold Kits (TCK) are prepared under aseptic, sterile and pyrogen freeconditions. When reconstituted with sterile, pyrogen free sodium [99mTc]-pertechnetatesolution as per the prescribed procedure they yield desired injectable 99mTc radiopharmaceutical.
