ACHIEVEMENTS OF BRIT IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER  2024.

  • Cobalt-60 industrial grade sources were supplied to M/s. Infrastructure Development Authority, Patna (300 KCi), M/s. Organic Green Foods Ltd., Chanditala, West Bengal (125 KCi) and M/s. ShriRam Institute for Industrial Research, Delhi (124 KCi).
  • 3.32 KCi of Ir-192 sources (78 Nos.) were supplied for radiography cameras.
  • Four Nos. of ROLI radiography camera(s) supplied for NDT.
  • 1362 Nos. of Technetium Cold Kits have been supplied to various hospitals in country.
  • 58 Nos. of Technetium-99m Generator have been supplied to various hospitals in country.
  • 36.15 Ci of Lu-177 have been supplied to various hospitals for both diagnostic and therapeutic purpose.
  • 56.70 Ci of I-131 have been supplied to various hospitals for both diagnostic and therapeutic purpose.
  • 27.68 Ci of FDG-F18 have been supplied to various hospitals for PET scanning.
  • 304.04 Tons of materials (spices, pet feed, herbal raw material, colour powder etc.) have been processed using gamma radiation processing.
ACHIEVEMENTS OF BRIT UPTO  NOVEMBER  2024
  • Indigenous ROTEX-I Industrial Radiography Device was launched.
  • Cobalt-60 industrial grade sources (1690 KCi) were supplied to various Irradiators.
  • Cobalt-60 teletherapy source (8 No.) were supplied to various cancer treatment centers / Hospitals.
  • Two Gamma Chamber-5000 units supplied to Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam.
  • Three Blood Irradiator-2000 unit supplied to Government Cancer Hospital, Indore and Sai Sindhu Foundation, Hyderabad and Advanced Centre for Treatment Research & Education in Cancer, Navi Mumbai.
  • 23.35KCi of Ir-192 sources (584 Nos.) were supplied for radiography cameras.
  • 41 Nos. of ROLI radiography camera(s) supplied for NDT.
  • 1089 Pcs. Special Luminous Sources have been supplied to Defence organization.
  • 12260 Nos. of Technetium Cold Kits have been supplied to various hospitals in country.
  • 292 Nos. of Technetium-99m Generator have been supplied to various hospitals in country.
  • 370.53 Ci of I-131 have been supplied to various hospitals for both diagnostic and therapeutic purpose.
  • 325 Ci of Lu-177 have been supplied to various hospitals for both diagnostic and therapeutic purpose.
  • 225.17 Ci of FDG-F18 have been supplied to various hospitals for PET scanning.
  • 2804.43 Tons of materials (spices, pet feed, herbal raw material, colour powder etc.) have been processed using gamma radiation processing.
  • 10 MoUs were signed for setting up gamma radiaton processing facility as per folloing details:
